Freedom
The freedom to be yourself, in movement and in life. It emerges when we stop holding back our bodies and emotions and allow our energy to flow.
Get to know me
Dancer, coach and international ballroom dance adjudicator. Winner of the prestigious UK Open Championship and Blackpool Dance Festival. I am curious about the world and the people in it. I observe, explore and keep learning, sharing my experience and knowledge with others.
For 20 years, my professional life revolved around ballroom dancing. I won major competitions in Poland and internationally. Today I work as a dance coach and adjudicator, and psychology, which I am currently studying, has become another important part of my development. My interest extends beyond movement to the person behind it.
For me, the person comes first: their individuality, their experience and their own pace. I create a space for growth through a deeper, more conscious connection with the body.
The freedom to be yourself, in movement and in life. It emerges when we stop holding back our bodies and emotions and allow our energy to flow.
A willingness to see things as they are, without deceiving ourselves or others, and to listen carefully to the signals from the body.
Curiosity about the world and its people, and the courage to venture beyond the familiar. Travel and encounters have shown me how many different perspectives there are.
Recognising another person's individuality and valuing their unique journey in its own right.
Full attention and presence in the here and now, with genuine interest in the person I am working with.
Being attentive to others and creating a safe space where they can open up and grow.
All of this is held together by one wish: to bring goodness into the world.
